Spring Classes

Preschool Tumbling

This is an introductory class to tumbling for athletes 3-5 years of age.

Class: Mondays 4:30-5:15pm

Athletes will learn the basics of tumbling such as:

  • Forward Roll

  • Backwards Roll

  • Handstand

  • Cartwheel

  • Candlestick Roll

  •  Bridges

Lil Ninja

Lil Ninja is the all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and freestyle movement for girls and boys 3 – 7 years old. Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps and kicks.  Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. 

Class: Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm

Flyer 101 & 102

We have two flyer classes for those wanting to learn the basics or if you are an advanced flyer wanting to work your skills . Coaches will work with each athlete to ensure they know the proper technique and feel confident with themselves the next time they are up in the air. 

Flyer 101 Class: Fridays 4:30-5:15pm

Flyer 102 Class: Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Backhandspring 101

Our BHS 101 class is the perfect class for your child ages 6 and up to work on learning a Back Handspring.

Class: Fridays 5:30-6:15pm

In this class you will learn:

  • Standing Back Handspring

  • Round Off Back Handspring

  • BWO BHS

Tucks 101

The Tucks 101 Class is great for those ready to learn their Back Tuck or those wanting to continue to challenge themselves with different variations of the tuck!

Class: Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Skills trained in this class include:

  • Round Off Tuck

  • Round Off BHS Tuck

  • Front Punch

  • Specialty Passes to Tuck

  • Standing Tuck

  • Jump Tuck

Basing 101

This 45 minute class is for our athletes to build specific muscles to help further their stuntuing abilities. Athletes of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend this class!

Class: Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm

Strength and Flexibility

This class is geared towards those that are wanting to work on their flexibility and core strength. Coaches will work with each athlete showing them different stretches and exercises to improve their flexibility and strength.

Class: Tuesdays 4:30-5:15pm

Choreo 101

This 45 minute class is for athletes who LOVE to dance and that want to challenge themselves by learning some new choreography each class. Athletes of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend this class!

Class: Fridays 4:30-5:15pm

Beginner Tumbling

Our Beginner Class is the perfect class for your child age 6 and over to learn the basics of tumbling.

Class: Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm

 

In this class you will learn:

Allstar Dance

We have two different Dance classes depending on your athletes age. In both classes your athlete will learn two types of Allstar dance which are Allstar Pom and Allstar Hip Hop. Coaches will work with your athlete in learning many new dance moves and mastering the technique that goes along with it. A new dance will be learned at the end of each session.

Class for ages 3-6: Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm

Class for ages 7+: Wednesdays 6:30-7:15pm

Walkover 101

This is an advanced Level 1 class, in this class athletes will work to perfect their walkovers.

Class: Tuesdays 4:30-5:15pm

Skills trained in this class include:

  • Front Walkover

  • Back Walkover

Backhandspring 102

This tumbling class is for athletes who have started learning their Back handspring and are ready to become a master!

Class: Tuesdays 6:30-7:15pm

In this class you will learn:

  • Front Walkover Round Off BHS

  • Series Standing BHS

  • Series Running BHS

  • Jump BHS

Layouts and Twisting

Our layouts and twisting class is for athletes who have mastered all skills in the adv tucks class and have strong overall standing and running tumbling skills.

Class: Mondays 5:30-6:15pm

In this class athletes will work on:

  • Round Off BHS Layout

  • Standing Series to Layout

  • Two Specialty Passes to a Layout

  • Round Off BHS Full

  • One to Full

  • Specialty to Full

Jumps Class

In this 45 minute class, athletes will work on cheer style jumps to learn and improve on the basics, cleanliness and height. 

Class : Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Ninja Warrior

Cheer 101 & 102

This is an introduction to cheerleading course that is designed to give kids a taste of what cheer is all about. In this class, they will execute cheer jumps, dance moves, tumble, work on cheers, and stunt.

Cheer 101 Class: Sundays 5:30-6:15pm

Cheer 102 Class: Sundays 6:30-7:15pm
